Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Mooimeisiesfontein Apparel.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • During promotions, launches, or peak seasons, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 4–8 business days

  • Regional / Outlying Areas: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations.

We do not guarantee delivery dates.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by the Consumer Protection Act.

4. Courier Responsibility & Risk Transfer

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, risk passes to the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies

  • Strikes

  • Load shedding

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public unrest

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

5. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information:

  • Re-delivery fees will be charged to the customer.

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful:

  • The courier may attempt re-delivery.

  • If returned to us, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

7. Lost Parcels

If a parcel is declared lost by the courier:

  • We will resend the order (subject to stock availability), or

  • Issue a refund.

An investigation period of up to 10 working days may apply before a parcel is declared lost.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours.

  • Provide clear photographs of the packaging and contents.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect the claim process.
